The position sits within a Sarah Cannon Transplant and Cellular Therapy program, supporting both the outpatient Cancer Care Clinic and the inpatient BMT/Oncology unit. The role. The pharmacist works collaboratively with specialty physicians, nursing, and pharmacy staff to deliver pharmacotherapy for hematology, oncology, bone marrow transplant, biotherapy, and immune effector cellular therapy patients. Day-to-day responsibilities center on coordinating and guiding oncology regimens for autologous and allogeneic stem cell transplantation and general blood cancer treatment, as well as managing CAR T-cell and BiTE therapies.
