Job Description The Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) at Inova Fairfax Medical is seeking an experienced Operating Room Nurse who is looking to specialize in Cardiovascular Surgery! This position offers the opportunity to be trained to support 7 CVORs for adult and pediatric surgery. Our Program is the 9th busiest heart transplant program in the country as of January 2023 and performed a total of 100 transplants (heart and lung) in our cardiac ORs in 2022. At VHC Health, the Outpatient Physical Therapists work on specialty teams so they can delve into diagnosis and treatment. Teams orthopedic, spine, balance, vestibular, pelvic health, lymphedema, oncology, cardiac and chronic pain. The therapists also treat oncology and cardiac diagnosis patients as well.
