Job Description We are currently looking to hire a Sales and Operations Manager to join the GLO30 team! You will be responsible for membership sales, day-to-day operations, and studio events. As a Studio Sales and Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving GLO30s success by ensuring both operational excellence and achieving key sales goals and foster strong relationships with our customers. Primary responsibility includes increasing sales and new market share for GLO30. By managing these duties effectively, you will ensure the studio runs smoothly, meets sales targets, and maintains an exceptional experience for both clients and team members. Your role is vital to upholding GLO30’s brand standards and driving success across all revenue streams. Responsibilities: Sales Management · Sales Goal Achievement: Understand the sales goals for each revenue stream—Members, Memberships Paid in Full, Product Sales, and Extra Services (TOX, Non-Member Services, and Gift Cards)—and develop strategies to meet or exceed these targets. · Schedule Analysis & Planning: Review the schedule weekly in advance, identifying staffing needs and sales opportunities. Write notes on the schedule outlining expectations for team performance, daily sales goals, and focus areas (e.g., upselling, membership sign-ups, etc.). · Lead by Example: Actively engage in the sales process by leading consultations with guests, offering personalized services and recommending additional products/services. · Follow-Up on Sales Opportunities: Proactively identify missed opportunities for sales during check-in and checkout processes and ensure these are addressed by the team (e.g., upselling, recommending products, converting leads to memberships). Store Cleanliness and Environment · Maintaining Cleanliness Standards: Ensure the studio is spotless at all times, with a focus on high-traffic areas such as retail floor and retail displays, treatment rooms, front desk, bathrooms, and seating / refreshment areas. · Health & Safety: Ensure all cleaning protocols are adhered to according to GLO30 standards, including sanitizing surfaces, equipment, and any shared spaces regularly. Please utilize appropriate sanitization on surfaces to avoid damage. · Aesthetics & Ambiance: Oversee the store's atmosphere—lighting, music, and overall aesthetic—aligning it with GLO30’s brand image. Ensure a pleasant scent and clean environment. If you see a lightbulb is out, they should be replaced specifically on the retail floor. If something needs attention, please connect with the handyman and notify the leadership. GLO30 Method Training & Staff Development · Train New and Existing Staff: Conduct training on the GLOW method (GLO30's sales approach and customer service standards). Ensure that all new team members understand how to properly communicate and engage with clients to maximize both the guest experience and sales. · Role-Playing & Continuous Education: Implement role-playing sessions to ensure staff are familiar with sales techniques and handling objections, especially related to memberships and extra services. · Coaching: Regularly coach the team on how to increase their performance in selling memberships, extra services, and products. Provide feedback to each team member to develop their sales acumen and customer service. Product Inventory Management · Weekly Inventory Count: Ensure that all products are counted and tracked weekly, identifying any discrepancies or stock shortages. Verify and enter into Zenoti. Notify if discrepancy. · Monthly Inventory Check: Conduct a more comprehensive product inventory check at the end of every month, reconciling discrepancies and ensuring that products are stocked appropriately to meet client demand. Verify and enter into Zenoti. Notify if any discrepancy. · Order & Restocking: Oversee product orders, ensuring that inventory levels are optimized and items that are running low are reordered in a timely fashion. Store Opening & Closing · Opening the Studio: Oversee the opening procedure, including checking that all equipment is ready for use, lights, music, and store ambiance are set, and staff are present and prepared. · Uniform policy is being followed. Please lead team in following policies. · Closing the Studio: Ensure the closing procedure is executed, including locking all doors, setting security systems, cleaning the studio, and preparing for the next day (inventory checks, sales reports, etc.). Team Management · Approve Time Off: Manage the approval process for time-off requests, ensuring that adequate staffing is maintained and team members are trained to handle duties in each other's absence. · Hiring and Onboarding: Lead the hiring process for new team members, ensuring that all candidates align with the culture of GLO30. Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring they understand their duties, sales goals, and brand standards. · Team Morale: Foster a positive and motivated team environment by recognizing achievements, addressing concerns, and providing opportunities for team bonding and development. Store Standards and GLO30 Brand Representation · Ensure GLO30 Standards: Regularly assess the team and studio to ensure that all staff members are adhering to GLO30 standards, from customer service to cleanliness to the proper use of equipment. · Brand Ambassador: Be the face of GLO30 in the studio. Represent the company’s values, customer care approach, and sales strategy in every interaction with staff, clients, and visitors. Leading GLOria with Staff Support · GLOria Operation: Lead the GLOria process either independently or with the help of nurses and ancillary staff, such as aestheticians and front hosts. Ensure that every GLOria session is performed to the highest standard, maintaining a smooth flow and creating an excellent customer experience. · Delegation: When available, delegate tasks to appropriate staff (nurses, aestheticians, etc.), ensuring all team members contribute to an efficient, high-performing work environment. Revenue Stream Focus · Membership Sales: Focus on converting leads into memberships, ensuring that sales teams understand the different membership levels and the associated benefits. · Paid-in-Full Memberships: Focus on securing Paid-in-Full memberships, offering a clear, structured explanation of the benefits to clients during consultations. · Upselling and Extra Revenue: Proactively seek opportunities to sell additional services (TOX, Non-Member Services) during client consultations and at checkout. · Product Sales: Educate staff about the products offered at GLO30, ensuring they can recommend products based on client needs and preferences, thus increasing sales. · Gift Cards: Promote and sell gift cards to clients, using strategic selling techniques to make them aware of gift card offers during check-in, consultations, and at checkout. Sales Opportunities and Guest Follow-Up · Guest Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with clients, following up on any services they’ve had, recommending additional treatments, products, or memberships based on their previous visits. · Check-In and Checkout: During check-in and checkout, review sales opportunities, recommending memberships, products, and additional services tailored to client needs. Utilize scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service and sales execution. Qualifications · Sales and Management or equivalent work experience · Proven track-record in sales; preferably with a food broker or national company · Strong interpersonal, organizational, presentation, negotiation, and sales skills. · Ability to analyze sales and marketing information needed to make effective sales presentations.
