JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Manage a portfolio of assigned communities that may include single family, townhomes, condominiums, or commercial industrial complexes necessitating a skill set in strategic planning, custom processes, master/sub-association coordination, delegate districts, large-scale renovations, or large-scale governance models, • Coordinate with multiple support teams to oversee tasks and ensure Association deliverables are met in a timely manner, • Accountable to client requests and tasks, maintains visibility and communication with internal and external partners to ensure they meet the goals established by the Board for relevance, budget, and quality of service., • Guide, assist, and recommend a course of action for Board members to conduct business using Leadership Management (proactive planning), • Manage the proactive planning, large-scale projects, and legal deadlines for the Association. Serve as primary point of contact for the Board of Directors and Committees in coordination with an Assistant Community Manager and other support team members, • Perform periodic physical site inspections or visits as needed to oversee projects, condition of common areas, or membership compliance with Association use restrictions and operating rules. The position is a Non-Exempt level role that requires the use of independent judgement and decision-making skills as well as educational expertise to maintain compliance. The Lease Up Assistant works under supervision of the Director of Regulatory Affairs and Leasing and Consulting Coordinator. This role is responsible for administrative support to the department. These duties are a usual and customary part of the role. Who We Are: Solari Enterprises, Inc. is a full-service property management company with communities throughout California, specializing in all aspects of multifamily affordable housing since 1993. · Duties and Responsibilities: • Assist with lease up activities, if needed., • Maintain relationships with other departments within Solari Enterprises to insure accurate and timely completion of work products., • Updates and makes copies of required forms for new resident interviews., • Updates and makes copies of leases and all applicable addendums., • Runs Credit and Criminal Background Checks during lease-ups., • Assists with the deposits received for Credit/Background or Security Deposits., • Assists with the input of new applications into Yardi for wait lists., • Assists with Yardi and keeps the wait list up-to-date during interviews, records and sends letters for denials, etc., • Assists with setting up new properties in Yardi and inputs new resident’s household information (member, income, assets) during lease-ups., • Assists with conducting annual recertification interviews and follows up on outstanding items that have been requested., • Mails monthly interview letters. Job DescriptionThe Center for Inherited Blood Disorders (CIBD) is a mission-driven non-profit focused on delivering high-quality, comprehensive, and family-centered care to improve the quality of life for children and adults with blood disorders. Job Summary Reporting to the Infusion Manager, the Infusion Nurse is responsible for the safe administration of various infusion therapy and other related medications while providing quality and compassionate care including thorough and accurate patient assessment, inserting short peripheral vascular access devices, accessing central vascular devices, caring and maintaining patients IV access, and providing patient education. Department: Infusion Shift: Day Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday (7:00 AM 7:30 PM) Alternative Work Schedule (AWS): Agreement with AWS required Location: On-site Essential Duties Pre-Infusion • Coordinates infusion appointment bookings while maintaining timely flow of patients., • Performs general nursing assessment, care and education in accordance with infusion center protocol per INS and NICA, and all applicable accreditation, federal, state and local regulations. (i.e., interviews, screening, vital sign assessments, etc.)., • Prepares medications, equipment and supplies while ensuring medication rooms are clean and stocked with required supplies and materials., • Inserts short peripheral vascular access devices and discontinue central vascular access devices safely per protocol, while retaining patient comfort and dignity in the process. During Infusion, • Administers ordered infusions, various injections, subcutaneous, oral, and other medications described under the center scope of services., • Accurately documents patient care services (demographics, treatment, care notes, vitals, etc.) within the electronic medical record., • Performs any necessary lab work/testing and provides follow up on test orders, reporting results to providers and patients or legal representatives., • Observes and reports patient's condition and reaction to drugs and treatments to the provider and records it in the EMR; administers prescribed medications as directed by the provider., • Transfers patients to the Emergency Department per protocol or per providers order while constantly monitoring the patient(s) and informing legal representative(s)., • Oversees, supervises and assists the medical assistant(s) on their assigned tasks as they prepare the infusion suites/chairs, takes patient's vital signs, and other patient related care.Post- Infusion, • Coordinates patients plan of care between providers, staff and legal representatives., • Provides comprehensive education and teaching to patients and their caregivers so that patient/caregiver can comfortably administer their drugs at home as needed., • Assists infusion staff/providers with answering phones; will be assigned other duties as patient care and Infusion center operational needs change.Regulatory, • Accountable for maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
