The Impact: Sweetspot is seeking a dedicated and compliance-driven Assistant Manager to support daily operations at our beautiful new dispensary in the West Village. In this role, you will help train and mentor cannabis advisors, maintain accurate inventory and operational records, and assist in developing and implementing SOPs in alignment with New York's Office of Cannabis Management rules and regulations. The Assistant Manager will work closely with staff to ensure exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and full regulatory compliance while providing ongoing leadership and support across the dispensary.
