Responsibilities: - Oversee daily body shop operations for productivity and efficiency. - Responsible for assessing vehicle damage, preparing repair estimates, and ensuring that all estimates align with industry standards and customer expectations. - Your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the overall efficiency of our operations. - Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess damage and determine necessary repairs. - Prepare accurate and detailed repair estimates using CCC ONE software. - Communicate with insurance adjusters for estimates and negotiate repairs. - Assist customers with insurance claims and rental arrangements. - Schedule appointments and coordinate with the shop operations manager for parts and supplies. - Provide excellent customer service by addressing regarding their vehicle's condition, repair options, costs, and concerns throughout the repair process. - Coordinate repairs with the shop operations manager and technicians to ensure efficiency. - Collaborate with mechanics and technicians to ensure all repairs are properly documented and estimated - Monitor repair timelines and resolve any delays. - Conduct quality control inspections before vehicle delivery. - Collect payments and manage insurance adjuster communications for estimates and supplements. - Generate invoices and responsible for billing. - Stay updated on collision repair techniques and industry trends.

We are looking for an experienced game developer to build a standalone, provably fair betting module that integrates securely via API with our existing socifi platform. The selected developer will NOT have access to our casino’s source code but will work on an isolated module that connects to our platform through predefined API endpoints. This ensures security while enabling seamless integration into our system. - You will develop a separate game backend and frontend - It must be built on a provably fair gaming system using blockchain/cryptographic verification - It will interact with our casino platform - All game transactions will be recorded in our existing Back Office - Real-time WebSockets will be used for price updates & bet execution Key Responsibilities: Develop a standalone betting module (backend + frontend). WebSocket connections must be load-balanced using NGINX or AWS ALB. Database Performance MonogDB must be optimized for high-frequency transactions. Bets should first be stored before batch-writing to the database every second. Database partitioning & indexing must be applied to prevent slow queries. Binance WebSocket API (Live Price Updates) Prices must be cached for instant access to reduce API latency. Provably Fair System (Blockchain / SHA-256 Hashing) Users must be able to verify the fairness of the game using cryptographic proof. The game seed must be hashed before the round starts, ensuring that results cannot be manipulated. If blockchain-based, use Layer 2 solutions (Polygon, Solana) for speed instead of Ethereum. Security & Protection Against Cheating Rate-limiting & bot detection must be implemented to prevent abuse. Game logic must be auditable & verifiable to ensure fairness. Coordinate with agencies, owners, designers, field and other trades from inception to completion. Oversee submittals, ordering materials and equipment and obtaining approvals on various Public Agency and Private Sector projects. Produce drawings & shop drawings when required. Responsibilities and Duties Draft Auto CAD shop drawings. Develop, track and update the project's schedule. Maintain & Update documents and drawings. Write and submit RFI's to the Engineer/Architect, etc. Distribute RFI responses to the appropriate parties. Track on RFI log Ascertain contract work from extra work during the project. Field coordination and on-site visits to ascertain current project progress, attend site meetings Review field progress, ascertain any changes required, perform field quantity measurements against contract Determine if Change Orders or scope of work change is required based upon field evaluation. Execute proposals for additional work/ Change Orders. Order/ schedule and coordinate material deliveries with suppliers and field personnel. Perform material type and quantity take-offs as required. Compute costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements. Prepare estimate in Excel spreadsheets or in Bid Forms provided. Contact suppliers and obtain pricing information. Qualifications and Skills Auto CADD 3+ years. Knowledge of estimating and/or drafting software such as Plan swift, AIA Contract Management, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam a plus. Experience in Procore & working with NYC Agency forms and contracts helpful. Estimating experience calculating labor time helpful. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience performing similar work.
