Schedule: Monday Through Friday From 8:30am Eastern Standard Time To 5pm Eastern Standard Time Location: BioMatrix Specialty Infusion Pharmacy is seeking a Full-Time Infusion Nurse to see patients in their homes or infusion suites. It is anticipated that an incumbent in this role will work in one of the metropolitan-area locations noted in the posting. Work location is subject to change based on business needs. On-Call: Participation in the on-call rotation is a requirement of this position. It is anticipated that an incumbent in the position would be on-call approx. once every eight (8) weeks for two (2) weekdays per month and one (1) weekend. Job Description: A Registered Nurse for Home Infusion inserts, monitors and removes an IV used to give medications, blood products and nutrition to a patient. During the IV therapy, the nurse monitors the patient for adverse reactions and ensures that the tubing, bandages and needle stay in place. When a patient needs blood levels checked, an IV nurse performs a veinous phlebotomy. During the entire IV therapy process, the nurse obtains sets of vital signs, completes the physical assessment and review of systems, documents all patient-related activities and records the medications they use. Provides and coordinates all aspects of staffing services to the patient with the assistance of the Company Directors, Nursing Coordinator and the Director of Nursing. Communicates with the patients to determine problems and/or solutions regarding their treatment. The RN also conveys collected documentation from patient to all necessary internal and third-party external staff regarding scheduling and other pertinent patient information. Performs a variety of duties both clinical and nursing notes documentation. This position requires skill in planning, organizing, scheduling and coordinating the delivery of patient care by all staff personnel including but not limited to complete documentation of nursing care and submission of nursing notes. Job Summary: The Coating Technician plays a vital role in the production of high-quality precision optics by applying thin-film coatings to a multitude of different lenses and components. Using specialized vacuum deposition equipment, the technician ensures coatings meet strict performance and durability standards essential for optical clarity and functionality. Job Summary: A CNC Machinist I will operate computer numerical control (CNC) mill and lathe machines to precisely manufacture parts from raw materials like metal or plastic, by interpreting blueprints, setting up the machine, and monitoring the production process to ensure the finished product meets required specifications and quality standards. Key responsibilities include reading technical drawings, selecting appropriate cutting tools, basic programming using CAD/CAM software and performing quality checks on the produced parts. You Will: • Review and understand blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample part to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work piece, sequence of operations, and set up requirements., • Align and secure holding fixtures (such as: collets, vices, indicating vices), cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines, such as mills, lathes, jig borers, grinders, and tooling pre-setter., • Understand, calculate and set controls to regulate machining factors, such as speed, feed, coolant flow and enter command to retrieve, input or edit computerized machine control media; observes machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of–tolerance machining and adjusts machine controls or control media as required., • Verify conformance of finished work piece to specifications, using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, comparator, height gauges, and gauge blocks.., • Confer with engineers, production personnel, or technical leads to resolve machining or assembly problems., • Comply with company requirements in completing essential documentation as required., • Train, assist and support new employees in producing quality parts and in completing all process requirements., • Assure all policies and procedures are followed and safety precautions are taken to reduce the risk of injury., • Maintain a clean work area and assure safe operation of all equipment., • Be available on reasonable notice for unscheduled overtime to meet production schedules., • Perform and document Operator Preventative Maintenance operations as needed., • Fully understand setup and operation of at least two machining field (mills, chucker lathes, swiss lathes, grinders, EDMs, etc) You Have: • High School Diploma/GED or vocational equivalent., • Minimum 3 years’ experience in precision CNC Mill/Lathe machining within a manufacturing environment., • Basic understanding of machine programming capabilities through CAD/CAM software., • Basic understanding of GD&T and corresponding measurement tools relative to a precision machine shop environment (micrometers, verniers, drop gauges, optical comparators, etc.), • Basic Knowledge of G & M codes., • Proficiency in blueprint reading, quality inspection, creating preventive maintenance plans, mechanical troubleshooting, and lean manufacturing principles.
