Job DescriptionBartenderKey Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests at event centers, ensuring accuracy and consistency., • Set up and break down bar stations, ensuring all necessary supplies, glassware, and garnishes are available., • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and making recommendations as needed., • Monitor and control alcohol consumption, following all state and local liquor laws and responsible serving practices., • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently., • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces, restocking supplies, and disposing of trash., • Work closely with event staff, including servers and management, to ensure seamless service throughout the event., • Address customer inquiries or concerns in a professional and courteous manner., • Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of beverages and bar equipment.Requirements:, • Minimum of 1-2 years of bartending experience, preferably in event settings., • Must be at least 21 years old (or as required by state law)., • Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits., • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills., • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure., • Basic math skills for handling cash and calculating drink costs., • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25-50 lbs., • Reliable transportation to and from event locations.Preferred Qualifications:, • Experience working in large-scale events, weddings, banquets, or corporate functions., • $10 per hour plus tips.
