The programs serve young adults, who are disconnected, justice involved, overage and/or under-credited. In close collaboration with other program staff, the Internship Career Coordinator provides job readiness and career exploration workshops, as well as work one on one with youth. The Rebound Elevate program uses basketball as a vehicle for engagement, but also as avenues for learning job readiness skills such as teamwork, conflict resolution and taking direction from a coach/supervisor. Rebound Elevate is centered around exploring careers in sports.
