Job DescriptionDescription: District 37 Kitchen & Taphouse is a brand-new restaurant that has opened in North Tonawanda! We are currently looking for Bartenders to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving a wide variety of beverages to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction, and enhancing their overall dining experience. Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards., • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and making recommendations based on their preferences., • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and replenishing supplies, glassware, and garnishes., • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere., • Ensure responsible alcohol service by verifying the age and identification of guests and refusing service to intoxicated individuals., • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to guests., • Process guest payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash transactions and operating the point-of-sale system., • Upsell additional menu items and promote specials or promotions to maximize sales and enhance the guest experience., • Stay updated on current beverage trends, new products, and industry developments to provide innovative and unique offerings to our guests., • Adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
