Overview: To oversee the closing and disbursement of mortgage loans while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and investor requirements. Duties: • Able to prepare loan packages in accordance with State, Federal and Investor lending guidelines., • Review, balance and approve final CD, • Perform audit as it pertains to the issuance of TRID, HOPA, high costs, HPML and bona fide changes in circumstances, • Review executed loan documents to ensure accuracy and proper execution prior to issuance of funding authorization, • Ability to read, analyze and interpret the closing documents, • Ability to define problems, research for facts and data and draw valid conclusions Qualifications: • 2 years' experience in closing within the last 5 years, • TRID knowledge, • Ability to respond and communicate effectively with all parties involved with the loan, • Must be able to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment, • Encompass knowledge preferred If you're ready to elevate your career and be part of a thriving, fast-paced environment where your expertise and leadership will be recognized and rewarded, apply today!
