To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following in regard to: Experience: • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, • Microsoft Office proficiency, • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Excel, • Excellent customer service skills, • Ability to interact professionally with vendors, • Highly detailed, • Highly organized, • Multitasking RESPONSIBILITIES: As ACG’s Recruiter, you will work closely with the team to ensure accuracy and adherence to all necessary guidelines. Along your journey with ACG as our recruiter you can expect to: • Manage the full recruitment and interview process, including sourcing through social media, online platforms, phone screenings, email communication, and staffing agencies as needed based on business demands., • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals., • Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job postings and sourcing plans., • Maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies, job boards, and community partners as appropriate., • Prepare and maintain onboarding packages and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees., • Coordinate new employee benefits enrollment and support annual benefit renewals (health insurance, 401(k), etc.)., • Address and document employee complaints, grievances, and workplace disputes in accordance with company policies., • Coordinate and support employee training, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and exit interviews., • Maintain and oversee the company’s safety program, ensuring compliance for both office and field operations., • Manage requirements for company and employee registrations, certifications, and compliance documentation., • Maintain QMS (Quality Management System) documentation for the department and the company as needed., • Support company projects aimed at advancement and growth, including new initiatives and ongoing projects such as GSA-related work., • Analyze HR, Safety, QA, and project-related metrics to identify trends, performance gaps, and benchmarking opportunities., • Assist the office team with administrative tasks and provide cross-departmental support as needed., • Collaborate with internal teams on processes, trainings, research, and overall business needs., • Participate in initiatives that span multiple departments, working effectively with administrative staff and department managers., • Support company quality assurance requirements and customer satisfaction initiatives, including CAPA processes., • Serve as coordinator for the HR department’s Scrum board and shared mailbox., • Take notes, provide follow-ups/feedback, ask questions, be proactive, • Strong Excel, MS office skills, • Highly analytical and able to multi-task and complete projects on time, • Good problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to a team approach, • Excellent reading and writing skills, • Highly organized and able to handle fast pace as well as attention to detail, • Ability to keep track of multiples schedules and tasks, • Time management skills, • Excellent customer service skills, • QuickBooks basic, • Critical Thinking and able to adjust to new project needs, • Bilingual English/Spanish Company DescriptionAccess Communications Group (ACG), founded in 1996 in El Paso, Texas.
