Job DescriptionRole : Support Services Project Manager Location: Baton Rouge, Louisiana Duration: Longterm The scope of the proposed services will include the following: • Preparing and sending submittals and deliverables, including the Project Management work Plan, Progress Reports, and comprehensive Roadmap., • Planning and executing project communications with project team, key agency stakeholders and outside vendors;, • Coordinating meeting with key stakeholders;, • Conduct data gathering sessions;, • Optimize resources for cost savings;, • Maintaining all project records;, • Provide day-to-day project management support;, • Analyzing project risk and issues, help identify ways to mitigate risks;, • Conduct cost/benefit analysis;, • Present assessment findings to agency and recommend a phased approach that includes priorities and estimated cost that address desired outcomes. Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory: • 3 years of experience in a leadership role, such as a previous project management role, supervisory role, or other management role;, • Experience with electronic document management projects;, • Experience with operations, technology implementation and change management;, • Strong skills in collaborating with people who have different roles;, • Expert communication skills to create optimal collaboration;, • Proven record in sourcing resources, using effective strategies, clarifying goals for the team and guiding the project’s idea into a tangible entity;, • Keeping the team in check and meeting deadlines to complete the project in its set timeframe;, • Ability of keeping records of progress, collecting data and filing reports of the project’s status;, • Proven record of adhering to a budget.
