actively participates in establishment and/or creation of schedules for, volunteer opportunities, community and/or therapeutic activities for program. * Assisting people with making purchases, as well as safeguarding personal allowance funds and any additional funds provided. * Ensures that medication is administered as prescribed, in accordance with applicable guidelines. * Assists with medication inventory, including medication cabinet checks and over-the-counter (OTC) inventory, performing within applicable timeframes and reordering medication and/or supplies, as needed. * Assists with scheduling of medical appointments for people supported and ensures that follow-up appointments are scheduled and attended in a timely manner. * Appropriately utilizes petty cash and house funds, including store cards, obtaining and maintaining documentation or receipts for purchases in accordance with applicable rules in coordination with supervisor. * Operates agency vehicle to transport individuals to and/or from programs, residences, community or other locations on a regular basis and updates related logs and maintenance sheets, coordinating appointments with supervisor. * Develops an understanding of specialized clinical knowledge for person specific needs (supporting adults, challenging behaviors, autism spectrum disorders, complex medical needs). * Implements Behavior Support Plan/Behavior Guidelines and Protocols as specified in applicable plans. * Collects, records, and summarizes data on individuals’ observable behavior. * Observes and reports any changes in behavior, or other signs and symptoms, to clinical and/or leadership team. * Communicates by phone, email and/or in person with circles of support, including families and external providers, to provide updates and/or obtain information, as directed by clinical or program leadership. * Serves as a member of a highly effective team (teamwork within the circle of support), providing feedback and communicating programmatic needs to members of team and maintaining a solution-oriented approach during conflicts. * Completes and maintains all necessary trainings and certifications, including specialized trainings based on program and position to ensure compliance with YAI policies and all applicable rules or regulations and applies skills. * Reviews communication logs daily and makes entries of events, progress notes, services and/or information; ensures all pertinent information is communicated between members of the team and/or shifts using prescribed in-house communication systems and collects and enters data as part of daily operations using an electronic health record and/or medication record (e.g. Digital Agency (DA)). * Reviews and completes all other required paperwork and documentation to ensure compliance and/or billing completely, accurately and within appropriate timeframes (e.g., notifications, logging, incident reports, update files, maintenance requests, phone calls, and tracking of incidents). * Uses foundational teaching skills (Explain, Model, Observe and Evaluate [EMOE], task analysis, essential skills, supports and modifications, etc.) and progressive teaching. * Understands behavior as communication and employs person-centered thinking to support positive interactions and prevent further escalation. * Reports maintenance, upkeep and safety concerns observed at YAI/NIPD-NJ facilities to Program Supervisor or appropriate designee. * Consults with program leadership, clinical and other direct support staff to ensure streamlined and top-quality care for individuals and attends and actively participates in team meetings. * Utilizes/demonstrates approved YAI and NJ DDD training techniques (i.e. verbal, environmental, and physical interventions, including take downs) to respond timely and appropriately to challenging and/or self-injurious behavior, ensuring the health and safety of the people we support, self and others. * Regularly provides support and/or coverage in a variety of settings and programs across assigned region and/or service delivery settings, including assisting at off-site locations (e.g. hospital) based on needs of program and/or individuals supported and remaining on shift or reporting to another program to maintain minimum coverage levels. * May participate in the development of treatment plans. * Complies with all Federal, State, Local and other relevant regulatory agency requirements, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). * Performs all other duties, as assigned. Identifies the habilitative, behavioral and psychiatric needs of the people we support through formal and informal assessments, using person-centered tools, Life and Staff Action Plans and by working with individuals and their circles of support, ensuring the interdisciplinary team is aware of these needs. * Conducts behavioral and habilitative assessments including written questionnaires, standardized tests, rating scales, baseline data, direct and indirect observations and completes functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify contextual factors, cognitive, environmental, social, physical, medical/psychiatric conditions that may contribute to behavior. * Analyzes data from multiple sources and utilizes findings to conduct research on related syndromes and conditions to support development of hypotheses for behaviors using DSM V, ICD 10, DM-ID etc. * Develops written, individualized habilitative and behavior support plans using proactive interventions in accordance with the agency philosophy and OPWDD Person-Centered Behavioral Intervention Regulations as determined by individual need. * Researches and implements the most effective and appropriate evidence-based treatment interventions and uses evidence-based behavioral approaches, strategies and supports to treatment interventions, such as systematic desensitization. * Develops various types of habilitative and support plans including: skills, counseling, behavior support plan, medication monitoring, environmental modifications, false reporting, non-reversible medical diagnosis. * Develops plans that instruct the planned use of medication (PRN), SCIP-R physical interventions and/or mechanical restraints to prevent, modify or control challenging behavior, reduce symptoms of diagnosed co-occurring psychiatric conditions and to maintain body alignment, as appropriate. * Follows all protocols required to obtain proper approvals and consent(s) for all interventions, as applicable to plans and required by OPWDD, prior to implementation. * Establishes baseline for each individual prior to implementation of habilitative and behavior support plan(s) and designs effective data collection systems that allow progress to be monitored. * Directs and/or oversees day-to-day data collection by program staff, ensuring that data are consistently obtained, totaled and summarized on a monthly basis by the designated/trained staff (e.g. Assistant BIS) and that new data sheets are accessible at the beginning of each month. * Ensures that timely modifications are made to the plan(s), as dictated by individual need based upon regular monitoring and assessment of response to services. * Oversees, maintains and/or ensures appropriate and accurate completion of all required paperwork, communications and documentation for persons supported in accordance with prescribed guidelines and timelines including monthlies, Staff Action Plan, Life Plan meetings, psychiatric and therapy anecdotals, Person-Centered Plans, meeting minutes, billing, etc. * Regularly trains all direct care staff and management at assigned programs on individual service, staff action plans and behavior management services using the Explain Model Observe Evaluate (EMOE) training system to ensure that all clinical interventions are properly implemented, to communicate clinical rationales and treatment plans to the staff, to provide staff with both formal and informal feedback, and to role model at all times appropriate tone, implementing of habilitative and behavioral programming, and to teach appropriate data collection and documentation techniques. * Develops and/or conducts specialized trainings regarding I/DD, illnesses, specific clinical and/or dual diagnoses as well as interventions, symptoms, definitions and common behaviors, including behavior as communication for individuals, when applicable. * Evaluates and provides feedback to program staff and supervisors regarding performance in the areas of Core Competencies by direct care staff at assigned programs. * Appropriately supports direct care staff and works with leadership team, modeling and mobilizing supports during crisis situations and making recommendations for supports. * Oversees and provides feedback relating to clinical duties performed by Assistant BISs or program designee(s) at assigned programs providing mentorship and focusing on development of clinical, data collection and other related skills to support career development. * Serves as a clinical team leader and key member of the treatment team, providing data, updates and/or recommendations regarding progress, developments and other significant items regarding individuals in interdisciplinary meetings and case reviews, including scheduled Person-Centered meetings and interfaces with circles of support including family members and support providers; attends and actively participates in monthly BIS meetings, as required for clinical supervision and updates. * Performs all other duties as assigned. POSITION OVERVIEW Under supervision of the PROS Program Director, the Behavioral Specialist is responsible for the provision of recovery support and goal planning with caseload of psychiatrically diagnosed individuals. The Behavior Specialist serves as a key member of the PROS team, providing behavioral assessment, intervention, training, community outreach efforts with scheduled home visits to participants, and consultation for adults with serious mental illness (SMI) or co-occurring disorders who are engaged in a recovery-oriented community program. The role aims to support participants in achieving meaningful life goals, improving functioning, reducing problematic behaviors, enhancing community integration, and supporting staff in programmatic behavior management. In addition, externs attend weekly training meetings led by the Clinical Director of Training and Professional Development as well as their cohort’s postdoctoral fellows. When appropriate, externs are encouraged to engage in observational learning by sitting in on other clinicians’ sessions - both testing and counseling. They are also welcome to observe weekly PCIT sessions conducted by certified PCIT therapists and may assist with specialized services such as PCIT-SM. Didactics: Externs participate in didactics focused on evidence-based treatments and pediatric psychology. These are delivered through a variety of formats, including review of supplemental materials, viewing recordings of previously held didactic sessions, and live meetings with didactics instructors for more hands-on learning and case consultation. About the Role: As a Senior Director / Vice President of Access, Policy, and Commercial Operations, you will be the backbone of the commercial organization. You will design the financial architecture of the product, shape the external policy and regulatory environments to support PDTs, and ensure long term viability of the PDT category. The role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer and will work closely with senior counterparts in the Medical Office and Strategy Office. We are looking for someone with a strong background in Policy and Market Access Operations to also develop the Click playbook for Prescription Digital Therapeutic (PDT) launches across multiple therapeutic areas. Responsibilities: • Pricing & Contracting Strategy, • Architect and execute comprehensive US pricing strategies, including WAC-to-Net modeling and multi-year GTN (Gross-to-Net) forecasting to ensure sustainable brand profitability, • Design and negotiate innovative contracting frameworks to secure optimal formulary positioning., • Lead the Deal Evaluation process, utilizing rigorous financial sensitivity analysis to balance market share gains against rebate ceilings and price-protection liabilities.Reimbursement & Operations, • Engineer end-to-end payment flows that bridge the gap between contract execution and claims adjudication, ensuring seamless provider and pharmacy reimbursement., • Oversee operational pathways for claims processing, proactively identifying and resolving "bottlenecks" in the medical or pharmacy benefit triggers to minimize script abandonment.Patient Support & Distribution, • Design and scale the "Hub" infrastructure and Digital Pharmacy partnerships to optimize patient onboarding and speed-to-therapy., • Implement a high-touch patient contact model (Care Guides/Coaches) leveraging RWE (Real-World Evidence) to drive therapy persistence and long-term outcomesCommercial Effectiveness & Data Strategy, • Own the commercial data ecosystem, integrating real-time app data with traditional claims data, • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor pull-through effectiveness, ensuring field teams are prioritizing the highest-yield payer segments., • Drive call planning, reach and frequency for sales team to execute in the field Government Affairs & Advocacy, • Lead lobbying efforts and advocacy coalitions to advance statutory coverage (e.g., Access to Prescription Digital Therapeutics Act) and shape the federal PDT landscape, • Develop and execute localized market access plans to open coverage pathways for specialized populations (e.g., Schizophrenia), navigating state-specific PDL (Preferred Drug List) processesCoding, Billing & Reimbursement Policy, • Coding & Compendia Management: Lead the strategy for HCPCS, CPT, and ICD-10 coding alignment; oversee successful listing in key drug compendia (First Databank, Medi-Span) to ensure automated billing, • Payer Dossier Development: Develop AMCP dossiers and Budget Impact Models (BIM) that substantiate the clinical and economic value proposition to P&T committees, • Bachelor's degree required; MBA, PharmD, or MPH preferred to navigate the complex intersection of business and clinical strategy, • 15+ years of progressive leadership within the pharmaceutical sectors, with a proven track record across Market Access and Commercial Operations, • Demonstrated success leading multiple brand launches, overseeing the journey from pre-approval market shaping to post-launch pull-through, • Strategic capabilities with the ability to conceive, develop and implement multi-dimensional roadmaps and business plans, • Deep understanding of the US payer landscape, with a preferred focus on Medicaid, state government accounts, and public affairs policy to navigate evolving legislative environments, • Sophisticated understanding of cross-functional ecosystems, including Sales, Marketing Analytics, Account Management, and Pricing and Contracting, • Knowledge of or experience with Digital Therapeutics and/or Prescription Digital Therapeutics is considered a plus The base salary range for this position is between $180,000 - $280,000. ROLE DESCRIPTION: BASS ABA is looking to hire a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA Case Supervisor) in your area. A BCBA is a patient-centered professional with experience promoting patient achievement of greater independence in-home, at school, and within the community. Effectively aligns goal development and implementation strategies to promote company objectives and ensure exceptional progress related to established care plans.
