Job DescriptionDescription: IPS Case Manager will provide case management services to IPS youth and their families. The IPS Case Manager will be responsible for conducting assessments, monitoring safety in home and program, monitoring school progress & attendance and providing referral and linkages. He/She will provide on-site programming including, but not limited to, academic workshops, tutoring, recreation, field trips, etc. IPS Case Manager will report to the site IPS Counselor and IPS Supervisor.
