Your Expertise -Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred). Active RN licensure in the state of practice is required. -Experience: At least 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a home health setting preferred. Proven ability to manage a caseload effectively while achieving clinical and organizational goals. -2 years of recent behavioral health experience -Clinical Skills: Expertise in conducting patient assessments, developing and adjusting care plans, and delivering evidence-based nursing interventions.
