As a Behavioral Therapist you will implement the strategies of Applied Behavioral Analysis to successfully meet the child’s goals and objectives. Caseload clustered in the geographic area of your choice in New Jersey either in the, Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Passaic, or Union County. At least ONE of the following: Experience with children with disabilities or developmental delays in the settings of ABA Behavioral Therapist, Behavioral Therapist, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Developmental Interventionist, Child Development Specialist, Assistant Teaching, Teaching Assistant, Teachers Aide, Paraprofessional, Autism Services, Childcare, Educational paraprofessional, Current School Paraprofessionals (afterschool hours- part time). Job DescriptionDescription: Job Title: Behavior Interventionist Compensation: $50-$60 per hour; paid bi-weekly Employment Type: W-2 Part-Time Employee; Non-Exempt Schedule: Varies based on the case Location: This is an in-person role based out of the New York City Metro Application Method: Apply via Paylocity (Click here to view our current list of Open Cases) Role Summary Behavior Interventionists are responsible for providing one-on-one mental health services based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or other evidence-based treatments to neurodiverse children and adolescents in order to improve their behaviors across settings. Success in this role includes delivering high-quality care, building a consistent caseload, and meeting all supervision and documentation requirements.
