Overview We are seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team, meeting our stringent quality standards. Exceptional communication skills are essential for success in our collaborative, fast-paced, and demanding work environment. This is a full-time position based in one of our clinics. Responsibilities include but not limited to: • Ensuring compliance with all health care regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA and OSHA, • Demonstrating clinical competency as an RN, including but not limited to: administering medications, setting up a sterile field, and sterilizing equipment, • Communicating effectively with other providers regarding daily clinical and surgical schedules to coordinate care, • Effectively documenting clinical and surgical chart notes appropriately and accurately, • Ensuring the highest level of patient care and patient service is provided at all times, • Consistently following policies and procedures to ensure positive patient outcomes, • Increasing physician's overall patient retention by providing the highest quality patient care and patient experience, • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license, • Current ACLS certification, • Availability to work overtime/weekends as needed, • Prioritize patient care and patient experience, • Ability to succeed independently and as part of a team, • Experience working in a plastic surgery office is a big plus!, • Ability to identify/solve problems and think outside of the box, • Must be able to sit or stand intermittently for the duration of a shift (8-12 hours), • Insurance: Competitive choices for health, dental and vision coverage; 1x base salary in life insurance, plus Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, • Retirement Plan: 401(k) & Roth IRA $51-55/hr. Job Description New Jersey Medical Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant opportunity with group that has office in Jersey City area. Full time is 35 hours each week. 4 days a week opportunity. Must have over 2 years of Medical Dermatology office experience and be credentialed with NJ Medicaid. About the Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant opportunity • Split time between two offices, • Provider is often solo Provider in office so experience required, • No training in place but Physician available by phone and Reps visit weekly, • 60 patients a day or 200 or more patients a week (remember full time is 35 hours), • Mix of first time appointments and follow ups, • BOTOX and Fillers, Body sculpting, acne scar and skin rejuvenation, Laser therapy, and PRP with Physician owner, • 2 Medical Assistants for each Provider, • 3 exam rooms, • Office hours are 9-5, Monday- Thursday, One day is late opening till 7. Friday is a half day, • One Saturday a month (day off during week to compensate), • EMR is Modernizing Medicine, • Aesthetics experience not required Requirements of the Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant opportunity • Master's Degree completed, • National Certification, • New Jersey State Medical License, • Must have NJ Medicaid credentialing ( 50 % patients are Medicaid), • Two or more years of experience in outpatient Medical Dermatology, • Experience as a solo Provider in an office, • Comfortable with fast paced schedule (60 patients a day), • Procedure leaning- biopsy and injections, • Strong tech experience and able to write notes in EMR "as you go", • Saturday coverage once a month, • Travel to both offices with reasonable commute from home Perks of the Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant opportunity • Base Salary starts at $120,000 PLUS Incentives, • Full time is 35 hours a week, • Bonus incentive 15% of revenue over $450,000, • One Saturday each month, • 10% of sales revenue for Products and Procedures, • 3 weeks of PTO, • Health / Dental / Vision, • 401K, • 2 Medical Assistants, • Flexible hours that allow a day off each week, • Great team and supportive staff Busy Dermatology office with proximity to New York City.
