The Fleet Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising a team of technicians and welders aimed at maintaining the locations equipment/fleet in peak operating conditions with the collaboration and guidance of the Fleet Maintenance Manager. They Provide direction to technicians, welders, and administrative personnel to ensure that all repair/ maintenance work is performed in a safe, efficient, and in a timely manner. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for preventative maintenance, and repair of company equipment, as well as administrative duties such as parts procurement, inventory management, asset tracking and cost control. The service manager is ultimately responsible for maximizing rider-facing operational performance by providing help desk resources and technical advice to all service staff; solving high level problems; disseminating technical bulletins and new techniques; and detecting and diagnosing shop problems in structural and social interfaces. Responsibilities: • Own and scale CookUnity's paid social program across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit/Pinterest, ensuring all efforts are ROI-positive and aligned with CAC and ROAS goals, • Run day-to-day execution and optimization with ruthless precision from campaign setup to audience targeting, creative rotation, and algorithm optimization, • Develop and manage structured testing roadmaps across creative formats (video, static, UGC), audience segmentation, messaging angles, and catalog feed improvements, • Monitor budgets and pacing with rigor; identify performance risks early and take action without needing approval, • Deliver weekly, monthly, and annual forecasting in partnership with the Head of Growth, grounded in performance data and scenario modeling, • Stay on the frontier of paid social innovation surfacing platform changes, beta features, new formats (Reels, TikTok Shop, etc.), and tooling enhancements to keep us ahead of the curve, • Collaborate cross-functionally with SEO, product, lifecycle, and creative teams to close gaps in the funnel and extend paid social impact, • Lead the strategy and execution of dynamic product ads and retargeting programs that drive incremental conversion—not just impressionsQualifications:, • 5+ years of experience managing paid social for direct-to-consumer or ecommerce brands, with demonstrated success at scale, • Expertise managing >$20MM/year in paid social budgets with a strong command of efficiency metrics (ROAS, CAC, payback), • Advanced fluency in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads, including campaign architecture, audience targeting, algorithm optimization, and measurement, • Deep experience in dynamic product ads and catalog campaigns, including feed optimization, diagnostic tools, and testing frameworks, • Highly analytical thinker you're comfortable working with large, messy data sets and distilling complex inputs into clear, actionable insights, • Strong creative judgment you understand what makes thumb-stopping creative work and can brief, evaluate, and optimize creative performance at scale, • Bias toward system-building over hacks: you use frameworks to scale yourself, and leave behind infrastructure that outlasts individual wins, • Detail-oriented with exceptional project management skills you juggle multiple campaigns, vendors, and stakeholders without dropping threads, • Deep interest in media industry trends, emerging channels, and measurement innovation (including AI-driven MMM and optimization tools)Mindset that is successful for CookUnity's Growth Team:, • Operates like an owner; consistently proactively sees around corners, • Highly adaptable, solution-oriented, and energized by rapid growth environments, • Low-ego collaborator who elevates teams and drives alignment Learn More About CookUnity We believe great leadership starts with alignment on vision, values, and ways of working.
