Package finished products for display or sale while maintaining presentation standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate production schedules and meet customer demands. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers about our baked offerings. Requirements Experience as a Baker's assistance or in a similar role within the food industry. Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and food handling practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Proficient in using kitchen tools including knives and baking equipment. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
