The company is looking for a motivated and creative hourly Public Speaking & Communication Enrichment Instructor to join the team in rolling out the initiative in Millburn, New Jersey and surrounding neighborhoods! This is a paid hourly/flex position to deliver exceptional interactive public speaking, creative writing, self-expression, and other communication enrichment experiences to local families. Hours may vary (e.g., 0-5 hours/week) depending on activity session demand by the families and/or other project needs that may arise from time to time within the candidates availability preferences, capabilities, and interests. The ideal candidate will work together with the local team in areas such as planning and conducting public speaking, creative writing, and communication enrichment sessions, operational logistics, stakeholder engagement, and other relevant team and administrative functions from time to time. Communications include customer visits, interfacing at company-sponsored events, telephone, email, etc. Total customer satisfaction with Dassault Falcon Jet (DFJ) is the primary goal of this position Principal Duties: Maintain liaison with customer’s management team Assist customer operations/maintenance of their aircraft as safely and economically as possible in accordance with standard industry practice; maintain manufacturer’s recommendations and government regulations Present “Welcome to the Family” presentations to all new Falcon operators or as requested Provide thorough briefing to customers on all administration functions that may affect relationship with DFJ.
