Job Description SUMMARY The Operations Administration Specialist performs a variety of routine daily tasks, such as reviewing reports, preparing correspondence, and participating in special projects designated to the department. REQUIRED DUTIES 1. Assist branches and act as liaison for any staff or customer inquiries., 2. Conduct investigations into claims of fraudulent activity including contacting customer when necessary, including Reg E claims., 8. Review database and correct Tax Identification Number (TIN) related errors., 9. Assist customers reporting debit card issues and other requests received either via mail or telephone., 10. Reconcile assigned department accounts including cash advances and bond redemption, perform monthly department GL certification., 11. Analyze all digital signature verification rejects and contacts the branch to confirm with the customer if necessary., 12. Consistently apply decision making techniques pertaining to inquiries, approvals and requests as they apply to existing policies and procedures, keeping within assigned approval limits., 13. Receive and process declarations and indemnity bonds for official company items., 14. Process wire transfer requests from Branches, departments and online banking business customers., 15. Create, maintain, and follow policies and procedures according to company guidelines., 16. Ensures excellent internal and external communication with clients and coworkers, 17. The EPI-LA Early Psychosis Program targets adolescents and young adults between the ages of 12 and 25. The treatment integrates community outreach, education and networking with clinical services delivered by EPI-LA teams. The focus of the teams is to reduce the incidence of first-episode psychosis in consumers with clinical high risk for psychosis, as well as to reduce potential long-term disability in this population. Teams will consist of dedicated staff that will be trained on the Portland Identification and Early Referral (EPI-LA) Program model. Ensures the borrower/guarantor entity documents match the approved credit risk document to ensure that the legally binding loan documents are addressed to the proper borrower/guarantor., 4. Reviews preliminary title reports, escrow documents & UCC pre-searches to identify if there are any outstanding taxes, liens, judgements, etc., 9. Responsible for loan documentation preparation for highly complex loans; monitors compliance with state and federal laws and regulations and the Company’s lending policies and procedures., 10. Obtains and follow-up on post-closing supporting documents., 11. Performs credit and public record information searches., 12. Maintains updated information in all necessary tracking systems to ensure that accurate statuses are communicated to internal parties and that all pending items are resolved in a timely manner., 14.
