Job DescriptionDescription: Duties and Responsibilities • Responsible to analyze work order to plan the work within the appropriate time frame and meet all quality standards., • Follow best practices and procedure to best achieve high quality and efficient results, when in doubt ask a Foreman., • Ensure quality assurance in every component, physical checks must be completed periodically on each component., • Analyze job orders and perform necessary operations as directed., • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance and inspections on the machines utilized as necessary., • Simplify assembly procedure to enhance productivity and efficiency., • Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment., • Inspect the work area and machines that were used during the day prior to leaving at the end of each shift., • Always wear proper personal protective equipment, • Responsible for immediately reporting all damaged components that do not meet the specifications and the quality standards., • Follow all company safety procedure., • Ensure proper material handling at all stages of processing., • High school education and/ or equivalent work experience, • 3- 4 years of prior carpentry experience, • Excellent oral and written communication., • Able to work independently and with a team., • Must be able to work overtime as needed., • Ability to lift 50-75lbs; reach, stoop, stand, grasp, balance, climb stairs, kneel, crouch., • Ability to operate company tools and equipment in a safe manner.Requirements:
