He enjoys watching his DVDs on his portable DVD players and going for car rides with the window down. Ideal applicant has experience working with someone who has behaviors. Payrate: $25.00 per hour. All new hires must complete a five-hour initial training course online; the payrate for the initial training is $16.50/hour Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am-4pm, and options for weekends. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to work independently in the person's home and/or community.
