Nestled on a 50-acre gated ranch, the program offers a serene, therapeutic environment that supports healing for adolescents aged 12–17 years. This part-time role (approximately 20 hours/week) is ideal for a psychiatrist looking to make a meaningful impact with a manageable caseload, structured support, and consistent scheduling. In addition to general psychiatric evaluation and treatment, specific duties include evaluation of commitment needs, testifying in court hearings, supervision of nurse practitioners, supervision of psychiatric residents, participation in clinical and system committees.
