Our Technical Chiropractic Assistants (TECA) play a vital role in delivering that transformation by supporting patient care, education, and follow-through with professionalism, empathy, and excellence. The TECA is the Empathetic Connector of the practice—assisting in clinical processes, guiding patients through their care journey, and ensuring that every detail of their experience is seamless and impactful. This role blends clinical support with relationship-building and patient conversion, creating a bridge between the doctor’s recommendations and the patient’s commitment to care. Your Mission: To deliver exceptional patient experiences by supporting the clinical flow, assisting with exams and re-exams, setting clear expectations for care, and helping patients commit to their long-term health goals. Key Responsibilities: • Assist doctors with clinical procedures including exams, re-exams, x-rays, scans, and therapies., • Serve as New Patient Concierge, guiding patients through consultations, scans, and reports of findings with clarity and care., • Support patient conversion by reinforcing care recommendations and helping patients understand the value of ongoing chiropractic care., • Ensure scheduled appointments (PEs, REXs, X-rays) are completed and rescheduled promptly when missed., • Manage patient follow-up, including calls and reminders, to keep patients compliant with their care plans., • Collect patient testimonials and encourage Google, Facebook, and Yelp reviews., • Promote internal events, patient referrals, and outside talks to generate new leads., • Maintain accurate documentation and data entry to support the doctor and team., • Protect patient confidentiality and adhere strictly to HIPAA guidelines., • Support the front desk team when needed, ensuring a collaborative and efficient office flow. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in healthcare, wellness, fitness, or customer service., • Prior exposure to patient education, scheduling, or clinical assisting is a plus., • Strong communication skills, both in-person and over the phone., • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace., • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining warmth and professionalism. Training & Development: • Hands-on mentorship from doctors and senior team members., • Role-playing and scripts to build confidence in patient education and conversion., • Ongoing training through The Remarkable Practice systems and events (expenses paid)., • Clear career pathways into leadership roles across Operations, Marketing, and Patient Care. Work Schedule (35–40 hrs/wk): • Office Hours: Monday & Thursday (9 AM – 7 PM), Wednesday (8:30 AM – 7 PM) with 1-hour lunch., • Tuesday: Half-day shifts (rotating 9 AM–1 PM or 1 PM–6 PM)., • Team Trainings: 2 Fridays per month (9 AM – 12 PM)., • Part-time option: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday evenings (2 PM – 7 PM).
