Job Description About the job: We are searching for highly skilled VIP..... (AKA) House-Cleaning Technicians/Housekeeper who take pride in their work. Our homes are in Burbank, Glendale and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining our friendly clients homes. Your responsibilities include vacuuming, dusting, mopping, scrubbing and sanitizing all areas and surfaces, and making beds. Must be able to lift 20 lbs. There is NO need to come in to the office on a daily basis! Come in when you need to top off your chemicals, turn in payments, collect keys, or just because you miss your WONDERFUL boss! What does it pay? We pay an average of $25 per hour, plus bonus. That's about $750-$950 per week plus tips every week. Why work with us? Cleaning jobs are mostly performed “solo,” or by one technician. In the event of larger jobs, you’ll be assigned to a team. You must have your own car to be able to carry cleaning supplies and mobilize to the work sites. All of the teams are dispatched from our office or your home directly to customer locations. How do I check my schedule? We use a scheduling app on our phones, where you can easily pull up your daily schedule. How do I get paid? We pay using direct deposit to your bank account. We use a digital payroll system where you’ll be able to see your weekly payment and pay stubs. Job Description We are seeking a Drain Cleaner, Service and Repair Plumber With Min 8yrs Experience to join our team! The selected individual will be self motivated, able to work on their own without supervision. Daily tasks involve drain cleaning, sewer stoppages, water line repairs, gas line repairs, drain repairs, water heaters, tankless water heater, and diagnosing issues with water heaters, as well as tankless water heaters. Must be able to troubleshoot various type of shower valves and make repairs, install shower valves, and all other plumbing needs. Sales oriented. Company Vehicle provided. Familiar with House Call Pro. Paid determined by Work Experience.
