Job Description We are seeking a Dry Cleaning Store Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of all employees and store operations. Responsibilities: • Supervise team of cleaner/operators, • Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency, • Train and evaluate employees, • Track weekly results and trends for business forecasting, and update ownership of trends., • Resolve and mitigate customer complaints, • Handle cash/credit card transactions via POS register, • Key Holder, • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields, • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, • Excellent written and communication skills, • Strong leadership qualities, • Bilingual (preferred)
