The Business Coordinator, Intelligent Care & Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Administration, is an administrative professional responsible for executing and managing operational, financial, and project management activities in support of the West Health Accelerator, medical director infrastructure, and select CMO strategic initiatives. This role independently manages a broad range of operational responsibilities - including project coordination, financial tracking, reporting, and process improvement - while applying strong analytical and organizational skills to support complex initiatives in a large healthcare environment. West Health Accelerator Operations & Project Management • Coordinate business and administrative operations supporting the West Health Accelerator, including project tracking, reporting, and meeting coordination., • Monitor KPIs, timelines, and deliverables; prepare dashboards and executive-level materials for leadership., • Support oversight and administration of Medical Director Agreements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing., • Partner with Finance and leadership to track budgets, funds flow, and program performance., • Support planning and coordination of complex, time-sensitive initiatives on behalf of CMO Administration leadership., • Manage financial tracking, reporting, and administrative operations; perform analyses to support resource planning and program performance., • Develop standardized processes, draft communications, and represent the department in cross-functional initiatives as needed. Seven (7) or more years of related experience, education/training, OR a Bachelor's degree in related area plus three (3) years of related experience/training. Related experience includes prior executive assistant, business coordinator or project analyst/management experience. * Knowledge of common organization-specific and other computer application programs. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. * Ability to use discretion and maintain all confidentiality. * Analytical / problem-solving skills. * Strong skills in analyzing, researching and synthesizing large amounts of data for preparing sound and relevant proposals / analyses. * Ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes. * Strong policy analysis techniques. * Direct experience supporting a medium to large-scale, enterprise-level initiative (e.g., innovation accelerator, digital health, AI/analytics program, or system-wide clinical transformation) within a highly matrixed organization. * Advanced proficiency in financial and operational analytics, including building and maintaining executive-level dashboards, managing complex funding structures and/or physician compensation tracking, and independently developing reporting frameworks that inform strategic decision-making. * Track record of operating with a high degree of autonomy in ambiguous environments, including standing up new processes (e.g., invoicing, timekeeping, KPI tracking), driving cross-functional alignment, and influencing stakeholders across clinical, operational, and finance domains without direct authority. * Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs. * Employment is subject to a criminal background check and pre-employment physical.
