Job DescriptionDescription: AllCare is hiring a Certified Medical Assistant who values clear workflows, strong clinic support, and a team that runs with structure and professionalism. This role is ideal for an MA who takes pride in accuracy, steady patient flow, and patient-first service - without constant chaos or unclear expectations. Role Snapshot • Schedule: 3x12 shifts (7:45am-8:00pm), • Weekends: Rotating/alternating (8:45am-2:00pm), • Pay add-ons: Weekend differential pay + overtime opportunities (as needed), • Setting: Patient-facing clinic supporting primary and urgent care You’ll support providers and patients end-to-end, keeping care moving efficiently and safely: • Clinical intake and documentation in the EMR (vitals, histories, med updates), • Assist with exams and procedures, • Venipuncture, specimen collection, processing, and required QC checks, • Point-of-care testing with accurate documentation (Strep, Flu, COVID, HCG, UA, Mono, etc.), • EKGs, • Administer medications/injections per provider order and AllCare policy, • Open/close responsibilities and compliance checklists, • Check-in/check-out, verify insurance, confirm demographics in the EMR, • Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and manage supplies, • Schedule/reschedule appointments and complete follow-ups as needed, • Support training of new team members using established processesHow to apply (required) AllCare Primary & Immediate Care combines preventive primary care and fast access for urgent needs across 15 Atlanta-area locations, with online scheduling, same-day appointments, and after-hours/weekend availability. Requirements: • High School Diploma/GED, • Graduate of an MA program with current CCMA, CMA, or RMA, • 2+ years MA experience (hands-on clinical duties), • 2+ years customer service experience, • Experience with intake, POC testing, specimen collection, and EKGs, • OSHA/HIPAA working knowledge, • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet in a clinical setting
