Job Description Dunn Law, P.A. is a Miami-based law firm with a nationally recognized fiduciary, receivership, assignee, and insolvency practice. We regularly serve as court-appointed fiduciaries, assignees, receivers, and counsel in matters involving distressed businesses, real estate portfolios, operating companies, and complex asset recoveries. We are seeking a professional, experienced, and proactive Fiduciary Case Manager to serve as the operational lead in support of the firm’s fiduciary and insolvency matters by coordinating the day-to-day administration of fiduciary engagements. This role functions as the operational backbone of the practice: ensuring that assets are secured, insured, documented, and properly administered; that data is accurate and updated timely in the case management system; and that case activities move forward through structured workflows and accountability check-ins. This position blends case management, light investigative work, operational oversight, financial coordination, vendor management, and technology support to help the fiduciary (along with fiduciary estate attorneys, accountants, brokers, and other professionals) fulfill their statutory, ethical, and reporting obligations. This is a hands-on, judgment-driven role for someone who understands how fiduciary cases actually function in practice, not just on paper We are seeking a motivated professional with excellent judgment and discretion, a self-starter who is proactive, independently solves problems, and understands how to prioritize urgent items. Compensation: $65,000 - $90,000, dependent on experience Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day administration of fiduciary, receivership, trustee, and ABC matters., • Maintain accurate workflows, milestones, deadlines, and reporting schedules in MyCase., • Coordinate identification, securing, and preservation of assets, including on-site work., • Interface with property managers, vendors, financial institutions, insurers, and IT providers., • Assist with fiduciary reports, accountings, budgets, and expense tracking., • Preserve physical and digital records and maintain audit-ready files., • Serve as a primary operational point of contact for fiduciary matters., • Support compliance with court orders, statutory duties, and ethical requirements., • Assist with managing digital evidence, electronic devices, cloud accounts, or data sources., • Troubleshoot or coordinate solutions for minor technology issues related to case assets or document management., • Draft correspondence, notices, and routine filings; coordinate document execution., • Maintain professional, timely, and clear communication with courts, beneficiaries, debtors, creditors, or other parties as required., • Provide logistical and administrative support to the attorney and fiduciary team, anticipating needs and ensuring smooth operations., • Support case opening and closing procedures, document collection, and audit preparedness., • Support compliance with fiduciary duties, firm procedures, and ethical requirements, ensuring meticulous recordkeeping throughout each case.Qualifications:, • 3+ years of experience supporting fiduciary, receivership, trustee, or insolvency matters., • Experience with asset oversight, reporting, and compliance., • Comfortable with field work, sensitive stakeholder interactions, and independent decision-making., • Excellent organizational, project management, and deadline-tracking skills., • Skilled with technology, including case management systems, cloud tools, handling electronic records and/or digital assets, and coordinating IT vendors. Candidates with experience working alongside NABT, NAFER, or CRA members are strongly encouraged to apply. Spanish speaker is a plus.
