Job Description The Charlies Bar & Kitchen is a restaurant and cocktail bar with expertly prepared classic cocktails and delicious American cuisine in a warm and inviting environment. We are currently looking to hire experienced guest forward service-driven bartenders to join a tight knit group. JOB DESCRIPTION & QUALIFICATIONS: BARTENDER/SERVER is responsible for delivering excellence in developing relationships with guests by providing personalized service, anticipating guests’ needs. The bartender should also care about classic cocktails, expert preparation, quality spirits, fresh ingredients, solid ice, precise recipes, teamwork and most importantly hospitality. Position includes some shift as a server on the floor. Part time and full time positions available. All bartenders are expected to work shifts both as a server and as a bartender.
