Job Description We are seeking a Senior Customer Service professional to fulfill a dual-role as the Customer Service Lead and Office Manager at our Newark location. This position requires a proactive and organized individual who can lead by example, manage day-to-day office operations, and handle complex customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy. Responsibilities • Serve as the on-site lead for the Newark customer service team., • Manage and support key customer service functions including Inbound and Receiving, Order Entry, Appointment Setting, Driver Window Check-In, and handling all other customer inquiries., • Act as the go-to person for escalated or complex customer issues., • Ensure smooth office operations, including supplies, scheduling, and coordination with other departments., • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to meet and exceed customer expectations., • Maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability., • Troubleshooting and warehouse inventory management., • Administrative assistance and office management., • Customer service expertise with the ability to handle complex and high-priority customer inquiries., • Leadership and team coordination with experience leading a team, providing guidance, and resolving issues., • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks., • 3+ years of Senior-level customer service experience., • Prior experience in a lead or supervisory role., • Strong written and verbal communication skills., • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently., • Comfortable with multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kearny, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
