QUALIFICATIONS · Professional degree in Architecture. (B.Arch or M.Arch) · Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong focus on concept development and programming. · Open to international candidates. · Deep expertise in early-phase design thinking, space planning, and master planning. · Exceptional graphic and verbal communication skills. · Proficiency in relevant design software: AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud (BIM 360), Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools (e.g., Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray, and / or Unreal Engine). · Proven ability to lead projects from pre-design through schematic design. · Experience in themed entertainment, hospitality, or cultural projects is a strong plus. · Licensure is preferred but not required. · Knowledge of Building and Accessibility codes. · Knowledge of Building systems and construction methods. · Knowledge of Technical Specifications. · Presentation experience. · Excellence with Time and Task Management.
