Summary: Under the general direction of the Engineering Manager, this position develops and initiates systems, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent quality, with the most efficient practices. Essential Duties and Responsibilities – include the following. Other duties may be assigned · Design and develop efficient manufacturing processes and systems for the production of goods or services. · Analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement appropriate solutions to enhance productivity, quality, and safety. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, maintenance, and supply chain, to ensure seamless integration of processes and systems. · Conduct process audits, collect and analyze data, and generate reports to assess performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose corrective actions. · Utilize statistical methods and tools, such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and process mapping, to analyze and optimize process variables, cycle times, and resource allocation. · Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flow diagrams. · Identify and implement automation and technology solutions to improve process efficiency and reduce manual intervention. · Collaborate with equipment vendors and suppliers to select, install, and validate new equipment and technologies. · Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards by monitoring process parameters, conducting risk assessments, and implementing appropriate control measures. · Train and educate production staff on new processes, equipment, and procedures to ensure smooth implementation and adherence to established standards. · Continuously monitor industry trends, advancements, and best practices to stay updated with the latest process engineering techniques and technologies. · Actively participate in all Lapp Operating Systems, Lean, Continuous Improvement and other improvement methodologies in order to improve all aspects of the entire value stream. · Responsible for communicating and making changes to work orders. · Key member of Lapp Americas Environmental regulations and customer documentation. Position Description Ariva is seeking a Program Director to join our leadership team. The Program Director is an experienced manager with demonstrated leadership abilities who works with us to develop, launch, execute, and evaluate effective programs that support vulnerable and underserved residents of our community. Ariva is one of the most established non-profit organizations providing free tax assistance in the Bronx. We are an IRS-sponsored VITA program and a Certified Acceptance Agent for ITINs. The program serves over 8,000 New Yorkers each year. The Program Director must have proven experience in managing, cultivating, and retaining staff. The Program Director will oversee a team of 5 full-time, year-round staff, 20-25 seasonal staff, and about 100 volunteers. This is a full-time position with an average schedule of approximately 45 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours during the income tax filing season. The position requires some evening and weekend availability to support community-based programs. During the main filing season (January–April), the Program Director may be expected to work most evenings and Saturdays. Face-to-face in-person service is an essential component of this position. This role involves frequent local travel to sites throughout NYC. Responsibilities The Program Director provides strategic and operational leadership for Ariva’s VITA tax program. The Program Director directly oversees projects and tax sites, supervises staff, ensures IRS-compliant service delivery, cultivates partnerships, and provides coverage as needed to ensure seamless, high-quality service at all sites. SUMMARY: The Manufacturing Electrical Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in a manufacturing environment , as well as the Florham Park site facility. This role ensures that all electrical components of production machinery and facility systems operate safely and efficiently, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues on manufacturing equipment, including motors, drives, PLCs, sensors, and control systems, • Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems according to scheduled maintenance programs, • Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency repairs to minimize production downtime, • Replace defective components such as relays, switches, motors, and circuit breakers, • Install new electrical equipment and machinery according to specifications and electrical codes, • Assist with equipment relocations and facility layout modifications, • Upgrade existing electrical systems to improve efficiency and safety, • Run conduit and wire new circuits as needed, 120V/220V/480V Circuits, • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams., • Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment modifications., • Collaborate with the maintenance team, engineers, and production staff to resolve technical issues, • Provide input on equipment reliability and suggest improvements, • Follow all safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies, • Ensure all electrical work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations, • Maintain a clean and organized work area, • Participate in safety training and continuous improvement initiatives, • May have to work at 20/30 ft height with the help of a scissor lift., • Familiar with 11KV to 480V Transformer, 480V Distribution System SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.     Sales Setter — Med Spa & Weight Loss Growth Agency Remote · 1099 Contractor · Base + Uncapped Commission · US-Based AIvance is a done-for-you patient growth agency for independent med spas and weight loss clinics. We build and run complete, HIPAA-compliant growth systems for our clients and back them with a written guarantee. We're hiring our first dedicated Sales Setter. This is a hybrid role with two halves: Inbound qualifying — Leads come in from our marketing funnel and referrals. You qualify them, verify they're a real fit, and book them into a call with our closer with a clean handoff. Outbound hunting — You also build your own pipeline: cold calling med spas and weight loss clinics from contact lists (Apollo.io) and reaching into your own professional network. This is real cold calling — gatekeepers, voicemails, creating interest from a cold start. We want someone who can hunt, not only catch. What you'll do: • Respond to inbound leads fast (15-minute SLA during business hours), • Qualify every lead with precision against our criteria, • Cold-call med spa and weight loss clinic prospect lists, • Reach out to med spas in your own network, • Book qualified prospects into closer calls in our CRM (GoHighLevel), • Hand the closer a complete context package on every call, • Manage rescheduling, no-show recovery, and follow-up Compensation: • $1,000/month base (performance-contingent), • $100 per closer call booked and attended, • +$50 bonus on calls you source from your own outbound work, • $400 per closed deal ($500 if you close it yourself on the first call), • Paid weekly, • Realistic on-target earnings: $4,500–$7,000+/month, uncapped. Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–7 PM Eastern. No weekends or evenings. What we're looking for: • Prior phone sales experience — appointment setting, SDR/BDR, inside sales, or high-ticket setting, • A real cold-calling track record — self-generated meetings, not only inbound conversion, • Healthcare, med spa, or aesthetics experience is a strong plus, • An existing network in the med spa / aesthetics / weight loss space is a major plus, • CRM fluency (GoHighLevel ideal); comfort with prospecting tools like Apollo.io, • Resilient, self-managing, and disciplined — this role is remote and hunts for its own pipeline, • Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and a computer.
