We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bilingual Chinese Customer Support Staff to support Allstate-related customer service operations in the Flushing area. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) and can assist customers with inquiries, policy support, billing concerns, and general account assistance while delivering excellent customer service to a diverse community in and around Flushing. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions related to Allstate accounts and services Assist customers in both English and Chinese through phone, email, and chat support Explain insurance-related information clearly and professionally Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service requests in a timely manner Document customer interactions accurately in the system Coordinate with internal departments to resolve escalated issues Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with company policies Meet quality assurance, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
