Job Summary: This position is responsible for handling all drain belt operations. Ensuring forms are clean, filled appropriately and accurate documentation. Orchestrating the flow of the fill area such as equipment set up, stagging and following the production schedule. This position requires leadership skills with strict adherence to GMP, sanitation, safety, timekeeping and personal conduct rules. Job Responsibilities: • Stage and fill forms in fill area, • Load bakery style carts with product trays, • Stage and load cups into filling machine, • Closely monitor filling machine for potential hazards and quality, • Follow SOP/SSOP’s for designated areas, • Sanitize equipment, tools, presses and forms during production hours, • Follow appropriate chemical usages for designated cleaning equipment, • Document vats to forms, record keeping of times such as off belt and press times, • Understand equipment handling, • Communicate safety and or quality concerns to management and appropriate staff, • Strict adherence to GMPs, • Strict adherence to Safety/PPE protocols and procedures; reporting unsafe conditions to plant management, • Accurate recordkeeping and specific paperwork Required Skills/Abilities: • Strong listening skills and ask questions to understand instructions for work-related activities, • Takes initiative to complete tasks along with a continuous improvement mindset, • Works as a team with positive attitude and behaviors, • Verbal and written communication skills; including ability to read, understand and follow written procedures (SOPs), • Flexibility in job roles, assisting team mates along with covering breaks when needed to meet business needs, • Meet physical demands of role, Honest and high level of Integrity, high degree of personal hygiene per GMPs, dependable attendance to meet business demands Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Food manufacturing experience preferred but not required. Physical Requirements: • Moderate degree of physical activity on a frequent basis, • Must be able to lift 50 lbs., • Repetitive standing, walking, bending, twisting, stooping, grasping, climbing, reaching, and moving about the facility, • Hearing ability to meet manufacturing facility safety requirements, • Works in high noise area and wears the appropriate hearing protection, • Vision abilities include close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception, • Able to work a multi shift environment, • Will be required to work around spices and meat ingredients as part of the daily activities, • Exposed to cold/ heat/ humidity 4am-2:30pm
