Job Description The Resident Manager will be responsible for the day-to day operations of the property while emphasizing a positive response to concerns of residents and clients. Some of those responsibilities will entail but are not limited to common area and apartment repairs in the scope of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting and appliances.
