We are seeking an experienced OB/GYN Ultrasound Technologist to perform high-quality obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound examinations in a busy clinical setting. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in maternal fetal imaging, anatomy scans, nuchal translucency studies, and high-risk OB procedures while maintaining exceptional patient care and imaging quality standards. This role requires proficiency with advanced ultrasound systems, EPIC charting, and OB/GYN reporting software in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Perform comprehensive OB/GYN ultrasound examinations including anatomy scans, nuchal translucency studies, fetal anatomical surveys, and high-risk obstetric imaging., • Conduct first, second, and third trimester ultrasound exams and assist with maternal fetal medicine procedures., • Perform fetal echo studies, Doppler imaging, multiple pregnancy scans, amniocentesis support, and umbilical cord Doppler evaluations., • Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment including GE Voluson systems and related imaging technology., • Utilize Vision Chips OBserver reporting and image archiving software for accurate documentation and reporting., • Review patient histories and ensure high-quality imaging for physician interpretation., • Maintain accurate documentation within EPIC and PACS systems., • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient care., • Ensure compliance with patient safety, infection control, and imaging quality standards., • Provide compassionate patient-centered care and education throughout imaging procedures. Qualifications • High School Diploma or GED required., • Graduate of an approved one-year ultrasound program required., • Current ARRT (Sonography) or RDMS certification required., • Current ARDMS OB/GYN certification required., • Current AHA BLS certification required., • Minimum of 1 year of OB/GYN ultrasound experience required., • Experience in high-risk OB and Maternal Fetal Medicine strongly preferred., • Experience performing anatomy scans, nuchal translucency scans, fetal echo, and multiple pregnancy imaging required., • Experience with GE Voluson ultrasound equipment required., • EPIC charting and PACS experience preferred., • Experience with Philips, Siemens, and SonoSite systems preferred., • Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient care skills required., • Active New York license/certifications must be submitted at the time of application; pending documents will not be accepted.
