Job DescriptionSalary: 46000 SUMMARY: To encourage students to stay in school through high school graduation and prepare them for life by; (1) identifying and coordinating appropriate community resources; (2) expanding parent/caretaker support and involvement and facilitating community partnerships; and (3) providing individualized assistance to students and families with special needs.
