Key Responsibilities Executive & Operational Support - Manage the agent’s schedule, property showings, listing appointments, client meetings and key vendor coordination with flawless professionalism. Oversee and project-manage all active listings and transactions, ensuring timelines, deadlines, and deliverables are met. Track, oversee and refine transaction processes: documentation, disclosures, MLS listings, staging/prep, client hand-offs – making sure nothing is overlooked. -Act as the connective link between our clients, vendors, escrow/closing teams, marketing team and the lead agent, ensuring the highest level of service. Marketing & Brand Engagement - Help plan and execute high-impact listing marketing campaigns (digital, social, print) under the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury® program. - Create, proof and distribute marketing materials; manage social media posts, online listings, branding assets and ensure premium quality and consistency. - Monitor performance of campaigns and support growth of brand visibility in the luxury market. Sales Support & Strategic Growth - While this is not a primary “agent” role, you will be involved in supporting listing appointments, client touchpoints, and facilitating sales-related activities. There is a sales component: helping convert leads, supporting showing logistics, assisting closing coordination. - Participate in business-planning sessions, goal tracking, client relationship development and process innovation to help the team remain in the top tier nationally. Qualifications & Requirements · Active California Real Estate License required – absolutely no exceptions · Minimum 2-3 years of high-level administrative support (preferably in real estate or luxury service) · Demonstrated comfort in operations, marketing support and client-service roles · Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and written/verbal communication skills · Proficiency with MLS systems, CRM platforms, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, social media content creation · Professional, polished presence, high integrity, strong attention to detail · Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Work Schedule · This is a full-time, in-office role. · Typical schedule: Monday through Friday, depending on business needs. · Standard hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. · One Saturday or Sunday full workday is required each week - in exchange, you will receive one weekday off during the week as part of your schedule flexibility. · Weekend availability is essential to support the luxury client market and high-end listing cycles. Compensation · Salary range: $55,000 to $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
