This role blends Agile facilitation with project ownership, ensuring that cross-functional teams (Data Engineering, BI, QA, Governance, and Product) deliver high-value solutions aligned with business needs. The Technical Project Manager facilitates Agile ceremonies, maintains transparency of progress and risks, and also serves as the point of accountability for the full delivery of assigned projects, ensuring they fit within the broader product roadmap given resource and timeline considerations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and release readiness., • Maintain visibility into delivery progress through velocity tracking, burndown charts, and issue logs; escalate risks or blockers proactively., • Own end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, from scoping through release, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and requirements., • Partner with Product Analysts and Product Manager to evaluate project ROI, scope, and prioritization, and integrate into the broader roadmap., • Collaborate with BI, Data Engineering, QA, and Governance teams to plan technical delivery, identify dependencies, and align resources., • Develop cross-functional processes and tools that improve collaboration across technical teams, from requirements gathering through analytics delivery., • Track and manage risks, scope changes, and blockers, ensuring transparent communication to leadership and stakeholders., • Provide regular reporting on delivery status, risks, and timelines to executive stakeholders., • Apply Agile principles to ensure iterative delivery, continuous improvement, and adoption of best practices across the team., • Ensure delivery processes are documented, repeatable, and aligned with Sound’s enterprise standards., • Support alignment with enterprise expectations for disaster recovery, business continuity, issue resolution, RACI modeling, and compliance., • Define, measure, and monitor KPIs related to delivery success, stakeholder satisfaction, and ROI realization; incorporate findings into process improvement. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Strong project management skills with proven experience delivering technical projects in data and analytics environments., • Familiarity with enterprise data platforms (Azure, Synapse, Databricks, dbt, ADF) and BI tools (Power BI)., • Ability to facilitate Agile delivery, maintain backlog hygiene, and coach teams on Agile best practices., • Experience estimating project scope, timelines, and resource needs, and integrating with product roadmaps., • Proficiency with Agile delivery tools (Jira, Confluence, Target Process, Azure DevOps)., • Strong risk management, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills., • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive leadership., • Experience with stakeholder relationship management, including translating business needs into scalable reporting solutions and supporting adoption of analytics across user groups., • Experience working with healthcare data strongly preferred, particularly within clinical, operational, and revenue cycle domains, including familiarity with data types such as claims, encounters, provider rosters, patient records, and utilization metrics. Education and Experience • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field., • 4+ years of experience in Agile project management, Scrum facilitation, or technical project delivery., • Demonstrated success managing delivery of cross-functional projects in enterprise data or BI environments. Responsible for delivering the ultimate customer service experience; contribute to running a clean, friendly and well-maintained club, and executing the team member basics of being on time and complying with the dress code. The Kids Club Attendant provides a safe, fun and interactive environment to children using the Kid's Club. They conduct all activities in a positive and professional manner and follow all Kids Club policies and procedures. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Child Care • Supervise activities of all assigned children in the Kid's Club area and ensures child remains in designated area, • Provide child care to children including paging parent/guardian if necessary to assist with discipline issues and attending to personal needs, • Participate and entertain children with games or other approved activities, • Administer first aid to children in accordance with company policy, • Project a positive friendly and caring attitude always while interacting with children and their parents Customer Service • Maintains that the Kids Club area is clean and maintained according to set standards, • Checks that all toys and other objects are clean and safe, • Ensures the safety of children in Kids club area follows all safety procedures, • Report any incidents to Kid's Club Supervisor/Lead or Operations Manager, • Report all member complaints to Kid's Club Supervisor/Lead or Operations Manager, • Report any child health concerns to Kid's Club Supervisor/Lead or Operations Manager so a Health Alert may be posted if required Administration • Verifies all parents receive copies of the Kids Club policies, • Confirms that all members utilizing Kids Club have paid for the service with a receipt that shows if they are an ultimate or fitness member, • Ensure that parent or guardian has signed a Kids Club Agreement and have signed at the register along with an emergency information card, • Ensure individual checking in the child is listed on the Kid's Club Agreement/Information Card, • Ensure parent/guardian completes and signs the Kid's Club Register when checking in and checking out children, • Ensure proper payment is received for the use of Kid's Club REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge, skills & abilities: • Experience working with children, • Patience in dealing with children and customers, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Attention to detail, • Energetic and Friendly Minimum certifications/educational level: • High School Diploma or GED required, • Current CPR/AED certification (required), • California employees must be Trust Line certified before working with children (required), • State specific certifications will be required (see manager for further detail) Minimum experience: • 6-12 months of child care experience preferred
