Job Description KPM is looking for an Lead Maintenance to join the team at our in our Dallas, TX property! This is a full time position and compensation will range based on experience. The Lead Maintenance role is responsible for overseeing the physical property, general maintenance repairs, apartment make-ready, preventative maintenance, and construction/rehabilitation projects. Responsibilities: • Coordinate, schedule, and perform preventative maintenance on equipment and units, • Coordinate and schedule appropriate safety and skills training for maintenance employees, • Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance, • Oversee maintenance staff, prepare weekly maintenance schedules, and allocate work to appropriate team members, • Contribute to the development of the overall maintenance budget and ensure compliance at the property, • Monitor inventory of materials and equipment and replenish as needed, • Perform other duties assigned Requirements: • 300+ units and 3 + years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or related role, • HVAC and EPA certified, • High School Diploma or Equivalent required, • Customer service experience, • Must have a valid driver’s license, • Bilingual is a plus, but not required, • Must be flexible and dependable, • Must be a team player Physical Requirements / Working Conditions: • Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday, • Push, pull, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb stairs, and reach above shoulders, • Must be able to lift and / or move up to 50 pounds, • Must be able to work indoors / outdoors or in extreme weather conditions, • Must be able to work weekends and/or evenings on a rotating schedule
