General Responsibilities · Follow all safety, environmental, and workplace rules and regulations. · Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, food safety, and quality requirements. · Properly wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). · Accurately complete all required production, quality, downtime, and traceability documentation. · Identify and report safety hazards, quality concerns, or process deviations to the Production Supervisor. · Work collaboratively across Production, Quality, Sanitation, and Warehouse teams to meet daily production goals. · Assist other production areas as needed to support business requirements. The Team Lead will be the leader in charge when a Store Leader or Multi-Unit Leader is not present. The Team Lead will work a flexible schedule in conjunction with the other leaders to fully cover the needs of the business during all operating hours. Setting and leading by example is what will drive your success There is no set schedule for this role. Team Leads are expected to be flexible in their stores based on the needs of the business and the development of their people. This includes schedules of early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
