Initial Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in the success and growth of National Calibration Inc and our clients. Your initial responsibilities will include: • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring all client inquiries are addressed promptly, professionally, and with a customer-first attitude., • Sales Support: Engage with customers to promote our services, help manage leads and convert inquiries into business opportunities., • Appointment Scheduling & Coordination: Organize appointments and coordinate the receipt and delivery of customer equipment, ensuring schedules are optimized and customer expectations are exceeded., • Client Data Management: Use our in-house designed software to maintain accurate client records, track service needs, and monitor equipment status., • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Comfortable using Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and other tools for client communication and data management., • Strong Organization skills: Able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and work efficiently under deadlines., • Effective Communication: Demonstrated ability to interact professionally and effectively with customers and team members., • High School Diploma or equivalent: Required., • Knowledge of Tools: Helpful but not mandatory., • College Degree: Is a plus but not required.Physical Requirements:, • Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, and reach for up to 8 hours, • Ability to lift or move heavy instruments (up to 50 pounds for short distances)Must Have:, • Clean driving record for the past 3 years No Recruiting Agencies, please.
