As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll be the calm in the I can’t afford service storm—staffing pop-ups at bus stops, food banks, and community centers to help residents unlock free or low-cost wireless. The Customer Support Representative simplifies enrollment, verifies eligibility like a pro, and logs every detail so no one slips through the cracks. Every accurate record, every patient explanation, and every activated line means a student can do homework, a parent can call a doctor, and a job seeker can text back. Key Responsibilities of the Customer Support Representative * Promote wireless service options at community activations, guiding customers through enrollment with clear and streamlined workflows. * Coordinate onboarding tasks, including eligibility checks, documentation handling, and activation scheduling, to ensure smooth service setup. * Track activations, account updates, and customer feedback to measure campaign success and support performance goals. * Maintain accurate CRM records of customer preferences, service milestones, and engagement history to strengthen retention and reporting. * Collaborate with operations and support teams to resolve service challenges, align messaging, and ensure timely delivery of telecom solutions. * Monitor account activity and satisfaction indicators to identify upsell opportunities and recommend tailored service upgrades.
