html We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at 3 Leaf Realty Inc. This position will play a key role in providing excellent service to our clients and assisting with their real estate needs in the South Bay area of California. • Responding to client inquiries and providing information about properties and real estate services, • Assisting clients with property showings and open houses, • Coordinating appointments and scheduling property viewings, • Maintaining client records and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date, • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional manner, • Collaborating with the sales team to ensure client needs are met effectively, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities, • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and terminology, • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or related field, • Experience working in a real estate brokerage is a plus Required Skills: Communication Key Skills Typing,Data Entry,Customer Service,Basic Math,Computer Skills,Windows,Banking,Upselling,Pricing,Sanitation,Cash Handling,Stocking Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
