Job Description Client Support Specialist (6-Month Contract) San Dimas, CA Job ID: 83641 Contract – 6 Months | Full-Time Hours We’re seeking a Client Support Specialist to provide exceptional service and troubleshooting support to both internal teams and external clients. In this role, you’ll handle a variety of client inquiries, research issues, and deliver clear, accurate solutions related to company products and services. Every day will bring new challenges and opportunities to make a meaningful impact through problem-solving, collaboration, and client care. Responsibilities • Respond to incoming client and internal inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner., • Troubleshoot product and service issues, research resolutions, and guide users through solutions., • Maintain detailed documentation and track tasks using CRM tools., • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client challenges., • 2+ years of customer service or client support experience, preferably in a fast-paced or call center environment., • Strong verbal and written communication skills., • Proven ability to multitask, manage priorities, and stay organized., • Experience using CRM systems or ticket-tracking software., • Detail-oriented, patient, and able to work collaboratively with a team., • Dynamic, engaging work where no two days are the same., • Opportunity to strengthen your client relations and support skills in a respected corporate environment., • A chance to build valuable experience in a well-structured, growth-oriented organization.
