TITLE: Manufacturing Service Representative LOCATION: Kent, WA TYPE: Permanent, Direct Hire PAY: $85K - $95K + DOE BENEFITS: Medical, vision, and dental insurance, 401K, parental leave, disability insurance, commuter benefits and more! ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES The Manufacturing Service Representative provides technical support, working directly with customers to resolve their application and product issues. An important part of their job is to identify opportunities for Aftermarket Services, including parts, services, and upgrades and evaluate our ability to deliver and ensure they address the customer needs effectively. • Handle customer inquiries and resolve equipment issues effectively and efficiently to ensure quick resolution and customer satisfaction, • Manage the repair or replacement of defective products, ensuring that all services meet quality standards and regulatory requirements, • Develop strong relationships with customers to identify opportunities for Aftermarket Services, including parts, services, and upgrades, • Evaluate our ability to deliver the identified service opportunities and ensure they address the customer needs effectively, • Work closely with Operations, Sales, and Logistics departments to ensure product availability and timely delivery of services, • Schedule Field Service Technicians for start-up, commissioning, training, or warranty service, and ensure timely preparation, distribution, and filing of field service reports., • Assist in training of distributors and end users and support new product rollouts to ensure effective usage of our equipment., • Monitor and report on the performance of Aftermarket services ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS • 2 or more years of experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support— mechanical, electrical, or similar, • Experience troubleshooting on the phone and in the plant, • Ability to resolve issues and handle customer complaints professionally., • Understanding of what a good customer experience looks like., • Excellent communication skills to facilitate clear and concise discussions with team members, other departments, and external customers., • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, software, and equipment related to the industry BONUS QUALIFICATIONS • Experience troubleshooting vaporizers, gas systems, PLCs, or instrument controls, • Associate’s or tech certificate WHY AVERRO?
