Position Objectives and Responsibilities • Assist all PM’s and APM’s with necessary paperwork (purchase orders / RFIs / Change Order Request / Change Orders (to clients & subs) / check requests etc.), • Maintain and process Submittal and RFI logs and follow up with Subcontractors, Owners, and Architects for outstanding submittals and RFI’s, • Verify subcontractor required documentation (Master Subcontractor Agreement, Certificates of Insurance), • Process subcontractors/purchase orders and send out with all attachments and billing instructions, • Daily interaction/collaboration with VP, PX, PM, and/or APM to ensure all projects are running smoothly; discuss any issues or concerns that need to be addressed, • Assist PX, PM, and/or APM with follow up with Subcontractors, Owners, and Architects for any outstanding paperwork (Signed Subcontracts, Signed Change Orders, PO’s, COR’s, etc.), • Assist Project Managers in maintaining project-specific spreadsheets and logs, • Attend meetings, via phone or on-site, with Project Manager and Field Superintendent to take notes and interact with client/team, • Monthly invoicing for projects and any required back up from Vericon and or all subcontractors (lien waivers, affidavits) Send draft invoice to client for review and approval before finalizing, • Provide and continuously update the Project Superintendent with Start Up binder for all new projects (project directory, local hospitals/clinics, scopes of work, approved submittals, answered RFIs, updated drawings, etc.), • Assist estimating with making calls to subs for bids, • Maintain job specific network drive folders, including but not limited to emails, contracts, RFI’s, photos, daily reports, change orders, change order requests, etc., • Assist and maintain Project Team calendar including scheduling meetings with clients, job meetings, site visits, etc., • Assist with compiling meeting minutes on certain projects, • Assist with the Permitting Process (Fill out tech cards, file permit package/pickup approved permits from township), • Order drawings for project super, PM, or APM, • Order materials, supplies, and equipment for projects when necessary, • Process safety documents for clients/project (varies from project to project), • Provide back-up for the receptionist (answer phone overflow, provide lunchtime back-up, sign for packages, hand out mail, etc.), • Prepare all required paperwork for PM to bring to project meetings (RFI logs, submittal logs, prior meeting minutes), • Additional tasks as given by PM/APM as needed

Job Duties • Perform packaging duties for the work orders assigned to the packaging lab, • Coordinate batch inventory and packaging materials on your work order with the Packaging Manager, • Operate high tech equipment which sorts and packages dried cannabis flower into pouches and jars, • Operate equipment to produce, package and label pre-rolls and other style joints, • Operate equipment to package oils and concentrates, • Operate equipment to print and apply labels to packages, • Case pack units ready for storage and shipment, • Track and record each step of the process and validate with equipment readings for consistency, • Attend to any units rejected by the packaging equipment, • Set up, changeover, and clean-up of sophisticated packaging equipment, • Breakdown and changeover of workstations per the sanitation and GMP processes of the facility, • Identify when equipment is not operating as intended, • Inspect and call-out any inconsistencies or issues with package labels, • Record activity that occurs throughout your assigned work orders, • Audit labels to ensure proper format and all information is present and in compliance with state regulations, • Work with a scale to accurately weigh product and track numbers, • Update inventory logs per batch and ensure inventory counts are accurate, • Maintain compliance with state regulations and company policies and SOPs, • Keep workstations clean and safe Core Competencies: • Attention to detail, • Production minded, • Excellent organizational and documentation skills, • Ability to work independently as well as with a team, • Dependable and hardworking attitude, • Punctual with reliable attendance, • Good personal hygiene, • Excellent hand-eye coordination, • Efficient and effective Working Conditions/Physical Demands: • Able to stand or sit for extended periods of time., • Able to lift up to 50 pounds, • Extensive use of hands, including repetitive movements Experience and Education: • 1+ years' experience in packaging or inventory-related role, • High school diploma/GED required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred), • Basic understanding of mechanical packaging equipment, • Basic math skills, • Working knowledge of basic computer functions including e-mail and Excel Additional Requirements: • Must pass all required background checks, • Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry, • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age, • Must be approved as a Registered Agent by the Cannabis Regulatory Commission

Overview The HRIS Coordinator supports the daily administration and data accuracy of key HR systems including ADP Workforce Now, Cornerstone, PayFactors, and the Cheers! Recognition Portal. The Coordinator assists with system audits, compliance reporting (EEO-1 and unemployment claims), and the creation of standard HR reports such as census and ad-hoc data requests.
